October 11st 2018 - The Ethics Commissioner is pleased to unveil its new website! The development of this new site was motivated by the desire to make available more information on our role, our mission and our activities. The existing content has been improved. Furthermore, you will find two new sections detailing the ethical principles and rules of conduct applicable to the Members of the National Assembly and their staff. All the useful documentation addressed to each of these clienteles is found in these two sections.
New resources are also made available to the Members of the National Assembly and their staff in connection with their ethical obligations. Indeed, the new Statement Zone allows them to complete forms online in order to declare donations received and to fill the private-interest disclosure statement they must file annually. Information form these that has to be made public by the Commissioner can be found in the Public Registers.
